Terms & Conditions – Car Valeting Services

By booking with Nene Valeting, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.

2. Late or Non-Payment

If payment is not made on the day of service, a £10 late payment fee may be applied. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings until all outstanding balances are cleared.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend (no-show), may incur a £20 charge.

4. Access, Utilities & Safety

The customer must provide safe, legal, and adequate access to the vehicle, including sufficient space to carry out the service.

Where possible, customers are strongly advised to provide access to an external water tap and electricity supply to allow us to deliver the best possible results. If water or electricity access is not available, the service may be limited, take longer, or require prior agreement at the time of booking.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove valuables before the service.

5. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

Vehicles with excessive dirt, including (but not limited to) heavy pet hair, mould, biohazards, or extreme soiling, may incur additional charges, or require rescheduling if the condition was not disclosed at booking. Any additional costs will be discussed before work continues.

6. Pre-Existing Damage

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, paint defects, loose trim, or worn interiors. Customers must inform us of any concerns before the service begins.

7. Weather Conditions

In the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment. We will notify you as early as reasonably possible.

8. Satisfaction & Complaints

Any issues or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. After this period, the service will be deemed completed and accepted.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
